Ideal Completions Group LLC finalized deal with Cathedral Energy Services to acquire its flowback and production testing assets in Canada and the U.S. The $17.8 million acquisition was fully funded by management and ENR Partners LP, an affiliate of Edge Natural Resources, a private equity firm based in Dallas, TX.
The management team at Ideal consists of: Brad Gabel (executive chair), Ruger Niers (president), Richard Defreitas (vice president), and Scott Marshall (vice president, operations). They are pleased to welcome the Cathedral employees who joined Ideal.
